1、 Equipment structure and configuration:
The equipment takes 6kw electric heating pipe as the heat source and heat conduction oil as the heat transfer medium to heat and melt the solid asphalt until it warms up to the required temperature.
The equipment consists of an inner tank, heat-conducting oil jacket, outer insulation layer, support weighing, electric heating devices, temperature sensors and electronic control devices (see equipment diagram).
The bottom and the periphery of the inner tank are wrapped by the thermal oil jacket, and at the same time, the inner wear thermal oil convection pipe, in the melting and warming process of the heating pipe to realize uniform heating, but also easy to control the temperature. 6kw electric heating pipe is set to high, medium and low three gears, so as to facilitate the heating process at different stages of heating according to the demand for selecting the power of the thermal power. Electric heating tube for oil and electricity separation structure, conducive to operational safety and easy to repair and replace the electric heating tube.
Thermal oil temperature control and electric heating pipe start-stop chain, according to the demand for setting the temperature value of thermal oil (or range value) automatically start-stop electric heating pipe. Asphalt temperature value in the electric control box display, not involved in the control.
2, melting process and temperature control
Open the top of the melting tank charging port, add the required solid asphalt (through the weighing sensor readings, manually operated quantitative accession) - Close the charging port cover, start the electric heating pipe in high gear, and set the temperature of the thermal oil and electric heating chain in advance temperature value (170 ℃) - -The temperature of the thermal oil rises slowly, higher than the softening point of asphalt, asphalt began to soften and melt, the temperature of the thermal oil to reach the set value of 170 ℃, the heating power supply is automatically turned off, this time the asphalt is still warming up, with the rise in asphalt temperature, the temperature of the heat transfer oil will slowly decline when lower than the low-temperature set value (tentative 165 ℃), the electric heating automatically start, the thermal oil temperature rise --- when the asphalt temperature rises to 170 ℃ and heat transfer oil temperature to reach equilibrium, and maintained at 170 ℃ constant - finished asphalt stored for use (at this time the heat transfer oil and electric heating chain temperature value range is set to 170) ℃ to stop heating, below 169 ℃ to start heating, electric heating gear for the low gear).
After the completion of the production of equipment, filling thermal oil to complete the dehydration process and no-load running debugging, after normal operation, closed thermal oil import and export to prevent leakage during transportation, the equipment as a whole packaged for shipment.
