The bundle type solid asphalt rapid melting equipment is a new generation of asphalt heating equipment developed by the company for the carbon product industry. The equipment is characterized by small volume, fast melting speed, high thermal efficiency compared to similar products, and can also filter inside the tank and facilitate slag cleaning. The melting tank consists of two parts: a melting zone and a secondary heating zone. The product is separated by a filtering device, and the heating medium is thermal oil. There are multiple models and specifications of this product, which can be designed and manufactured according to the actual needs of users or the operating parameters provided by users. Equipment features: The heating tube bundle is a parallel structure, with high wall temperature. The heating medium process is short, the flow is smooth, the melting speed is fast, and the heating effect is good.
The equipment structure can be divided into two types: vertical and horizontal
The vertical melting tank consists of a main melting tank and a high-temperature circulation tank. The main melting tank includes a tank body and a heating tube, and the tank body is divided into an upper circular tank body and a lower cone body; The heating tube is a coil, divided into inner coil (primary melting zone), outer coil (secondary heating zone), and lower conical coil (sediment zone). The high-temperature circulation tank includes a tank body, coils, and buried pumps.
Working principle
(1) The solid binder asphalt is heated and softened in the melting chamber before flowing into the insulation heating section at the bottom of the equipment. It is further heated by the heat transfer oil heating coil to become a liquid asphalt that can flow. The solid asphalt continuously enters the rapid melting tank, and the liquid level of the rapid melting tank continues to rise. When the asphalt liquid level rises above the discharge valve of the rapid melting tank and reaches the temperature requirement, the discharge valve is opened, The overflow pipe set in the middle of the equipment discharges the melting device and sends it into the asphalt secondary melting device for further heating, dehydration, and precipitation of impurities before use.
(2) To minimize solid impurities entering the liquid asphalt secondary heating storage tank, it is necessary to install a filter screen before the overflow outlet of the liquid asphalt discharge. As the bottom of the asphalt rapid melting tank is convenient for slag discharge, all impurities and debris are intercepted in the asphalt rapid melting tank. An asphalt filter is installed at an appropriate position outside the overflow valve to prevent sediment from mixing into the asphalt secondary melting tank, and to avoid slag accumulation at the bottom of the asphalt secondary melting tank as much as possible, Because the cleaning of the asphalt secondary melting device is quite time-consuming and laborious
(3) The bottom of the asphalt rapid melting tank is equipped with a liquid asphalt drain valve. When cleaning the asphalt rapid melting tank, open the liquid asphalt drain valve and use an asphalt pump to send the liquid asphalt below the overflow pipe of the asphalt rapid melting tank into the asphalt secondary melting tank
